It is one thing to go to a retreat and feel allot better, but what about when I go home to that same environment?

Real Life therapies now form a large part of our Retreats. We address all the triggers which caused your behaviours in the past and anything that could come up when you go home.

We spend many many hours upgrading your beliefs, so that when you go home you are fully prepared for the first day of the rest of your life.

Our General Manager Carol takes the clients on their morning walks through the many national parks in our beautiful area.

She wants to make sure every day starts with fresh air,  exercise  and then a wonderful breakfast.

It is so important we start each day with a lot of fun and laughter to prepare our mind and body for the day at the Retreat.

I love the changes made by clients in a few short weeks, people who had given up and now have their lives back.

There is no other place I would rather be than seeing so many people regain their self worth again.
