Activities to start each day and finish on a high note

Start every day with a gentle walk through one of the many national parks or walk on the beach to really enjoy you. Or the weekly trek to conquer Heartbreak hill or daily if you wish, and the joy when you own it for the first time of course.

Exercise bags and gym punching bags and mitts. Yoga, mindfulness or African drums.

Getting better should be fun otherwise why would you want to do it.



There are many different activities available at The Health Retreat for you to do.
